Soooo uh Phoebe played a song titled "Me & My Dog Pt. 2" on a livestream tonight and said it will probably be on the next Boygenius project. LP incoming?

The livestream was for Vanderbilt University students only and she asked no one to record it.

I think the tri-color is the second most expensive album I have in my collection, after the first re-press of Thrice’s Alchemy Index (per Discogs)

 

SAME! I was just listening to this literally yesterday at lunch while walking my dog - had the black in my cart but decided to wait for another color. totally missed this.

 

I had that in my cart the day it dropped and just sat on it and never pulled the trigger.

My most expensive records are mainly hip hop…. Noname- Telefone and I have 3 De La Soul albums. A Lorde deluxe of melodrama just sold for $400 so I have that as well. Just absurd market right now.

I was trying to limit myself to five vinyl purchases this year, and this was #5... that limit definitely won't hold, haha.

 

I saw Lucy live yesterday and it made me think about how if this tour ever happens again, the order would probably now go Phoebe->Lucy->Julien. (Phoebe headlining, Lucy second, Julien third) It's obviously insane how much Phoebe has blown up but Lucy's blow up has been wild too. The crowd was going absolutely crazy for her!
