Starting my 4th listen of the morning

 

This is my 2nd favorite BI album. I really love this direction.

 

I almost want to add the extended versions of 22 and 10 to the main album list

 

actually i haven't! i've never heard even one song by them but that album is in my list to check out.

The thought crossed my mind as well. I got so used to listening to them that way over the last month. Just wish I had those files in the same lossless quality as the rest of the album.

Edit: I actually just realized I can purchase those extended tracks through his bandcamp in flac. lol I'm dumb.

 

My god, I love this record as much if not more than I thought I would. I listened to the live version ahead of time too. And while that certainly has qualities that I miss, the studio version is fantastic in its own right. Another masterpiece, through and through.

honestly the only thing that is going to be harder than making a top 10 albums of 2016 list is making a top 10 albums September 30th list. Today is fucked.

 

I cannot get into this AT ALL. This is probably the most disappoint releases I can remember in so long coming after such a stellar album before it. Just a mess of noises and vocal effects.
