Always was probably Tom's worst song by the end of his first reunion with them, with the whole chorus playing on a backtrack. I'd still like to see how this Tom does it as long as he doesn't change all the lyrics to swears like he likes to do

Skiba killed it on Always, sadly they played it so few times with him

And I don't get the love for that obscenely fast tempo they were playing at right before they broke up. Most of those songs were a mess. Slightly faster has always worked best for them

36. I’ll be asleep cause I wake up at 6:30 for work. I have a very long commute. It’s about 30 footsteps from my bed. But I need my sleep or my day will be leaning negative from the start. I’ll watch it tomorrow.

 

See, they start AFTER MIDNIGHT here. Staying UP ALL NIGHT to watch THE ROCK SHOW would have me asking myself, “WHAT’S MY AGE AGAIN?” It would make ALL THE SMALL THINGS bother me tomorrow and I might wake up with DYSENTERY, GARY. I just can’t GIVE ME ONE GOOD REASON to stay up to watch them play ONLINE SONGS. I’ll listen while I get ready for work, I can’t skip using my APPLE SHAMPOO, that would be PATHETIC. After I watch it I’ll come in the thread for a FAMILY REUNION. DAMMIT, okay, I’ll SHUT UP now.
