I had my first ever Blink dream last night and I have no idea what prompted it.

I was on a city street similar to that of where MTV Studios was located in Times Square, only it felt more like Vancouver than NYC. I looked up into one of the high rise windows and about 4 stories up was a huge yellow sign with "Blink 182" on it and Mark was just standing next to it inside pointing at it... only no one really cared that this was happening. Then I walked down to a bus depot area where Tom got out of a tour bus and, with all these people around, we started casually chatting. I asked him how the construction on his new home was going and he started telling me about supply chain issues related to lumber... rosewood specifically. Then I woke up LMAO.

I shit you not I haven't had a vivid dream in forever and last night my brain dropped this bomb on me.

 

Official ticketing site says the mexico shows are postponed. It's happening. I'd guess top of the hour announcement.

Tom just posted an apology video on IG. Said they had to cancel because of Travis's surgery, and they'll be back in 2024 for all those festivals.

 

blink postponed South America tour dates because Tom's hair hasn't grown back quick enough.

 

Postponed the shows because Tom's squinting has progressed to a point where he can't see anymore

 

Those ligament surgeries have a recovery time of up to 3 months

 

I think NA is fine (it’s what I’m telling myself to calm the anxiety)

Bummed for everyone involved. Travis, blink, all of the fans down there. It's crazy how often things like this have happened with this band though. They are cursed.

nah. if they were postponing the entire tour, then yeah maybe, but i'm sure everything else will go on as planned and they'll just move these first dates to the back end of their 2024 dates.

 

Tom seems like he wants to be there

 

Don't know what to do about the May 4th show here. Kinda wanna buy my tickets now, even though I will overpay, because that *might* be the actual first show of the tour. But it might also get postponed! And I don't want to buy a ticket just to hold on to it for 18 months. Ugh.

 

I’ve heard other cities have seen prices drop second hand, but I haven’t seen any spots without unobstructed views for under $175

 

Seems better for the album, won't have the shoes this month getting in the way anymore and they can finish it up.
