Between Love 1&2 there is one killer album in there. Tom brought on Illan after Love2 because he felt AVA was getting too formulaic. I think it is clear to everyone some of the songwriting was stale. Still really enjoy most of Love1 and a few songs on Love 2. Surrender and Anxiety are standouts on 2 for me. I usually put on the double album and skip around while on a run. I haven't sat and played both through front to back in a long time.

Also Tom sure has been quiet as UAP's are falling from the sky.

 

From Dream Walker on, you could clearly tell there was songwriting that Tom wouldn't have come up with on his own. He def needed Ilan to freshen things up

Too bad DW's production is ass lol

 

Love Pt 2 is the better part by far. I'll die on this hill and my bones will be excavated from said hill in hundreds of years

 

Aside from a couple songs, I can’t get through the Love albums.

 

So, like, is the album and tour going to be delayed now that Tom is being called for duty at the White House given recent UFO events?

This would honestly be the funniest time for aliens to make contact. The shit eating grin on Tom's face every night while playing Aliens Exist would be a sight to behold.

Pre-save music link was posted to blink's Facebook story. Nothing that we haven't seen already so far (from what I can tell).

 

I can only assume with how cryptic that story is, that it's the beginning of our ramp up to another single.

A new single before the tour with an announcement that the album is being delayed.

 

Its been a while since anyone's posted on social media from the studio. Maybe the album actually is done?

For what it's worth, their website's "New Music" tab led to the same pre-save page and has been like that for the past couple of weeks. Not saying we aren't getting anything, but the pre-save stuff has been there.
