I used to have the Strat until I had to sell it to pay rent in college. Always wanted it back and my girlfriend surprised me on my birthday with a replacement... but it was the Squier!

Still stoked to have it and I didn't tell her to avoid making her feel bad

The California cd I got them to sign recently. Probably helps the memories behind it lol

 

I always regret not buying the tracking board from the studio when they recorded Untitled when it was up on eBay. I think it sold for like around 600 if I remember correctly? Looking back I totally wish I splurged on that lol.

I have Cheshire, Buddha, Dude Ranch and Enema signed by Mark, so those are my prized blink items.

 

I still have an Unitled-era shirt I bought in like '03 or '04 from Hot Topic ha, but I love it (had the image on a poster hung in my room at the time too). Also have the first 20th Anniversary poster based off the First Date video. Those are probably my favorite Blink things.

 

I don't remember that! That would be so awesome to own.

 

Tom documentary was excellent. It's really nice to see him talking about blink with such adoration and nostalgia. Like others I don't care for his more recent projects, but the guy shouldn't have to explain himself to anyone for doing them.

He's a cool guy at the core, he's just been real shitty at times. I get the impression he doesn't know how to deal with conflict and just runs away from it or tells lies to cover his actions.

 

I have a hanging advertisement poster for TOYPAJ with the original release date on it. Probably my favorite thing of Blink that I own.

 

The only thing of blink that I own is California on CD lol

I don't really have anything that special. The only semi cool thing I have is that I have all 3 versions of the initial release of TOYPAJ.

 

I have one of Travis' drum sticks I caught back in 2011 on the Honda Civic tour and I personally think that's cool as fuck but that may just be me. I have it in a special case and everything.

 

Easiest way to get one of Travis' sticks is by going to the stage right after the show has ended and yelling Travis' drum tech's name several times. He will come give you a stick. Has worked for me 3/3 times -- "DANIEL JENSEN"

 

Just saw this in the work common lunch room No idea who did it but it's pretty funny.

I'm actually gonna put up a passive aggressive note to who graffitied my magazine and pretend to be pissed off

 

Looks like one of the photographers is putting together a video of some sort. On his instagram story there were ~cinematic~ shots of them walking out to the stage in black and white. I'm hoping they have 2 (3 if you count that tech) professional photographers and videographers for a reason. It would be sweet to get a dvd or even a photo book to go along with that EP.

 

I hope it's not just for a music video ala what they did for Hearts All Gone. Travis posted a video on SnapChat awhile back with the caption "filming a video" or something like that.

A new Blink DVD would be fantastic. Fingers crossed.

 

I am putting my money on a tour footage video for SOOHM

 

Even if they released a live video I'll remain optimistic for more. It'd be such a waste to have probably thousands of shots just to whittle down 3 minutes of footage.

 

Do bands still make DVDs? I miss when that was a real trend.

 

I'd def watch a doc on this whole process. Similar to the Tom thing. Walk through the recording, reformation and tour process.

 

They haven't even been playing it though so it's probably gonna be Kings of the Weekend or some shit
