I still don't want to buy TOYPAJ after mightier than sword ripped me off.

 

"She's Out Of Her Mind" sounds too much like early 2000s pop punk to be a hit. "Bored To Death" had a bit of an alternative rock vibe/texture and that helped. I'd love to be wrong of course...

12 years ago, "Home Is Such A Lonely Place" would be a safe bet, but nowadays ballads are risky (unless you are Adele). So I'd go with "Sober" first and "Home" only after that.

1: Mark and Matt took over a radio show and played like 15 songs?

Husker Du was like a pre-Blink 182 - a threesome who always fought?

Sober and San Diego are still ruling my life. Also obsessed with the whole "not sorry, not sorry" part in Cynical.

 

You guys know they focus group test pop singles right...? It's not just a random choice?

Depends on the label and which system/group they're using.

 

I'm so sick of reading 5SOS comparisons. I listened to some of their shit yesterday and they can only wish Feldmann smuggled some of these songs out of the studio to give to them.

 

I'm going to just stop reading these reviews.

 

seriously. there would be ZERO 5SOS comparisons whatsoever if Feldmann's name wasn't attached to this. ugh.
