Holy shit, has Matt always sung those chorus harmonies in What's My Age Again? Fuck, I have never ever heard those live before. Beautiful.

I still don't like how Up all Night sounds live. The rest of the set is amazing

 

Didn't listen to much to not ruin the actual concert for myself.....but woah Skiba blows tom live out of the water.

 

Great show!

 

All of the songs sound so revitalized and fun again. I know I'm a little late to the party but this is the first Skiba performance I've watched since he first joined and I'm absolutely blown away haha.

 

LOL!!! Stop it.

 

Skiba kicking off Man Overboard is the most bad ass thing I've seen lately.

Same. I thought it sounded good.

 

Skiba just really butchered the bridge riff for Carousel. Other than that, great show! It was a really fun set.

 

The chorus NEVER sounded good with Tom. Mark and Matt work really well together on it.

They actually didn't even play Carousel at the one show I've been to. I'm guessing it was because Travis really fucked his hand up during the set and that song sounds pretty intense on drums

edit: holy fuck travis SANG WORDS in Rock Show and changed the intro to Violence i love him so much

I was at Firefly yesterday working and had to leave this morning because of food poisoning. Bummed I missed this.

 

Going to watch this when I get home - or when I'm slacking off at work in the morning.

 

Regarding RiceGum and Travis: YouTube updated their terms of service "Harassment and Bullying" section today. It's now more aggressive against channels that target hate and harassment towards others. RIP RiceGum.

 

My wife and I watched this on TV today (thanks Roku)...she is not a blink-182 superfan, but does like their music. She absolutely hates Matt in blink...and said she hopes that they don't play alot of old songs during the Summer Tour. She noticed his botched playing, messed up lyrics, and is just not a fan of his voice...she said Tom's voice was unique and is what made blink what it is...she is what I consider a casual fan...makes me wonder what other casual fans will be thinking when they hear Matt sing Tom's songs. Depending on how good California is, this could make blink huge again...or knock them down in popularity.

 

Tom fans have ruined the word unique for me lol

 

Someone should let them know about "distinct".

 

Or maybe they should just stop talking, I don't know what the better alternative is for you all.

 

Ugh, come on peeps. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean Tom's voice isn't unique.
