oh, i knew exactly why. haha. i even tried listening to both songs before i voted so i could make a clear decision. i got through more of "california" that i did of "bottom of the ocean" so i had to choose the former, haha.

 

BOTO - second fav on the whole kit and caboodle. CA IS a good song, but Abbott has a place in my ❤️

6/8 - rad song. Love the tape slow-down-y part in the verses and lyrics are cool. Hey I'm sorry only landed with me in context of the whole record

SOOHM - classic blink song. No future has a rad verse melody but SOOHM has a more fun vibe all the way thru. Goes down smoother I guess?

Man I thought there'd be more love for No Future. It's in my top 5 lol I know it's divisive though

 

Once again, a top California track is going to lose to a boring deluxe track...

 

I really like No Future but She's Out Of Her Mind I like a tad more

 

No Future is a cut from California no question, while SOOHM is only a borderline cut

Bottom of the Ocean- these two are my least favorite songs so I just gave it to Bottom of the ocean for having better lyrics.
Hey, I'm Sorry- Tough choice!
No Future- I lIke both of these equally but had to give it to No Future cuz I love the bridge in it.

 

Same reason I picked No Future

 

Cali - loved the title track since my first listen of the album

Sorry- favorite bonus/dlx track.

SOOHM- One of my fav cali tracks vs. one of my least fav = no brainer

I like how the first two are still so close and the same score flopped twice now

 

I'll be honest, I have no idea what game you guys are playing.

 

Basically March Maddness but with Blink California songs instead of basketball teams. Songs were randomly generated into a bracket, each day everyone votes on 3 matchups, winner advances. Today ends round 1

 

I'm surprised so many people seem to love "She's Out Of Her Mind". The chorus sounds really forced and awkward imo.

Edit: the verses are great tho

This was the hardest one. I could have voted for either song in the first two categories.

 

Seems like it, this is the most consistently close one of these has been since the first day, and two at the same time no less.

 

I feel like it sounds like it could have been on Enema or TOYPAJ. To me it's a perfect poppy/catchy blink song, could almost be a sequel to Rock Show or First Date.

I just really like it because it a fun, catchy summerish song.

 

Looks like we'll be getting a new album/cover album from Transplants 10/13/17

 

I'll listen once and then it'll just sit in my library, like most of the stuff they've done
