I think I'm gonna have to sit this festival out. I am interested in Dreamcar but not at a summer festival in vegas. No thanks. Maybe 10 years ago.

 

Pretty sweet. I'll already be there for my gf's birthday weekend.

 

I feel you. Last August in Nashville at the blink show was the best experience of my life but after being in the pit, on a 90+ degree day we about passed out from heat exhaustion by the time the show ended

 

Well they officially changed it on their website and on Facebook. Still never made a statement but....ah gotta wait till September now. Maybe they'll play some deluxe tracks by then. Thanks everyone for dealing with my annoying panicked rambling posts since this started lol

 

Oh, exciting! I'll have to get tickets to this :)

I'm so excited. I am still jamming to new NFG, but we have 4 new At The Drive-In songs I didn't know about for some reason, 2 new Rise Against songs, a new/fun Paramore song, another new Blink song coming. I LOVE NEW MUSIC.

 

Right? This past year has been good to us.

 

Next year when the musical drought hits we'll be talking about the old days when new music from our favorite bands dropped like rain.

 

I was just thinking this the other day - there's no shortage of good new music. For the sake of conversation, even my favorite bands that have released new music (outside of California) are sort of falling to the wayside. I've listened to the blood album twice and integrity blues is definitely growing on me but it's not an everyday listen. Menzingers' after the party, the maine's new record, and discovering the wonder years' greatest generation recently has really taken hold of my listening these days and I'm not mad.

 

Except we may be getting a new blink album again next year

Blink has such a huge discography and so much amazing music constantly comes out so honestly having a drought from them would be very easy to handle

 

We had enough of a drought from them between 2005-2011 and 2012-2015 lol

Wednesday or Thursday is the one year anniversary of the Bored To Death leak, i remember this cause that day is holiday a over here but anyway,

I love the band's new found productivity, two years ago new music was all but sure and certain. So loving this band as much as i do feels rewarding.

 

That day was crazy!!

 

yeah it was, man that excitement i felt when i first heard it

 

I know right? This thread exploded like never before when that happened, and the first time I heard it I literally went "FUCK YES!" And fist pumped

 

Song still hits me like it's the first time ever man, so so good!
