Is the same site too damn, wonder what the chances they're right about Parking Lot dropping but wrong about the track list is??

 

It seems they took all the titles from the interview with Travis and put it together. So it might be partially true.

You are correct. That page is littered with pop up ads, you know claiming I won a free iPhone and shit, so I clicked off fast. Still, Mark and Travis have both called it a double album numerous times

Blink can't release the new album right now, because they have some label's obligations. Due to the contract they need to promote California album this year.
