I never realized the line in Bored to Death is so similar to Zulu until this morning.

 

I haven't even thought about the song Zulu or how it goes in a long, long time lol. Pretty wild I am just realizing that lyric's one word difference from BTD just now lol.

Am I making this up but I thought I read that Tom first approached for that MTV reality show but he said no so they asked Travis instead?

 

That'd be quite the alternate timeline there.

 

Yeah I mean if we're going to assume that the band would have still broken up and everything would have been the same only the cameras were going to be following Tom instead we would have gotten the formation of AVA along with Tom's drug issues on camera. Would have been interesting there for sure.

 

I'm guessing Generational Divide is a Matt song, well at least I hope.
