If they havent finished mixing, decided on the title or the tracklist, there’s no way the album will be out before the tour starts, right?

 

Nowadays bands can release albums immediately. But it seems that guys are not trying to rush the whole process now.

 

Yeah i guess they could finish it tonight and put in online tomorrow morning. I was more thinking of printing the physical releases, and also having time for promotion.

 

Trying to do something different from California is what I wanted to hear. That was good as a "throwback" now give me something different. I'm ready!

I only knew Unwritten Law because they have a song called Up All Night and I discovered in that time period where Blink were supposed to release that single and people in the old Blink 182 forums were all over it.

I can't believe I'm nostalgic for that "we will release this new song soon!" period of like 6 months before and during their reunion tour.

Yeah I just listened to the 15 minutes Mark was on, definitely an interesting 15 minutes. Makes me more excited for the album now and really interested in hearing the other 9 songs. Mark also slightly hinted that the 40 plus songs that didn't make the cut that there might be plans for some of them in the future.

Also Dude Ranch wasn't intended to be a sexual innuendo but now looking back at it he wishes they thought of that.

I remember this song being a fake "blink leak" a few years ago but I absolutely love it. Haha. If it was just the youtube guy sneaking his band in I wanna hear their album!

 

I'd enjoy playing this game with System of a Down.

Programmed drums mixed with real drums. Sounds weird but it worked on BIOMY. Still love when Travis layers his drums in general. What I love about the BIOMY programmed drums are that they seem more subtle compared to his real drums.

Speaking of drums. Listened to Simple Creatures yesterday and noticed how far less superior those programmed drums sound compared to Travis on BIOMY. Made me want to hear Travis play on the SC songs

lol i was gonna' look up another fake "leaked" blink song i remembered from a while back only to see "blink-182 - Generational Divide (LEAKED SONG)" as one of the first results. just funny to me that people are still doing this in 2019 ha
