I definitely have a VHS tape in my attic of tons of blink performances from TV from 2000 to 2002.

Also remember buying a bootleg VHS of 2 blink concerts on eBay in 2002. A Mark, Tom and Travis Show concert in Arizona I believe and the 2001 KROQ Weenie Roast concert.

That’s a fair point.

I guess for me (and I think this is the definition of privilege, so I should probably say as little as possible), I generally take art as it is. I either take it in knowing the context and not giving that stuff much weight or I just don’t bother with it.

But there is certainly no harm if a version without it can be made for more to enjoy.

 

Some of the banter is definitely funny, it’s just some of those jokes that are really not good in current day

Are you just cracking these out on Audacity or do you dig deep in with Logic/Garageband or something?

 

I use Cubase. Just another DAW.

 

Oh awesome, I've never seen that one in action. Now I'm curious. I feel like I've spent too much time over the years learning the ins and outs of Logic to ever change now though. Haha. Anyway, sign me up for some joke-free Enema Strikes Back!

 

Next try to remaster a Pop Disaster Tour bootleg. All of the ones out there are pretty bad quality which is a shame because the sets are a lot of fun.

I've spent forever trying to find a good picture of Mark in front of the logo, in massive resolution, and have always failed. That'd make a cool wall print.
