The first thing +44 ever released was that demo of "No It Isn't" with Carol singing the backups so yep

 

I remember when they released that. Tom's birthday in 2005. I listened to it on repeat my whole way to school.

 

I don’t remember her being in that song.

 

I just don’t think the record label was really behind a 2nd album even though contracts were signed for it. The contracts they signed ended up being rolled into the Neighborhoods album and even then the band talked about how the label wasn’t doing a good job promoting it.

I like the second SC song more than the first

 

I do too. A lot more. I've actually come around on it and genuinely enjoy it more than I thought I'd enjoy anything from this project.

 

These Simple Creatures songs rip. If these are the vibes Mark is bringing to the new Blink album I’m all about it.

 

Were they writing with anyone else on these SC songs? Was Feldy involved?

 

I like Strange Love so much I gave Drug another shot and I like it less now. Oh well.

 

Didn’t you know Feldmann controls everything Mark does ever supposedly?

 

Mark said they worked with a few producers in an interview he recently did with ALT 98.7. One (Zach?) worked on California. Mark did not mention Feldmann.

If there is a Na Na, there is a Feldmann.......Is that how it goes? JK.

I'm officially into the SC stuff so far and Its cool we are getting 6 songs rather than 3-4.
