This is like the only band thread on here (that I'm in) that's constantly active even when there's nothing new. It's okay to not post in here for a few days lol

 

I read this thread every day and I don't know if I've even posted more than like, a few times lol

 

I'm shocked the set list discussion hasn't happened yet considering that they played two shows for the first time since June.

 

and they played "Obvious" with Matt for the first time... and it sounds like it was awful, ha.

 

I check this thread daily as well lol just don't post much

 

Yeah I heard about it, I didn't actually see a video of it. Good to see them at least trying new songs. Surprised they didn't do an acoustic set like they had been doing.

 

Here's a couple things that I've made, in case anyone missed them and is interested:

- 140+ live audio Blink bootlegs. (Still have some more to add too!)
- Blink related locations found on Google Maps

 

The first verse of Obvious was pretty rough, but I thought they recovered pretty well after that...

 

Sold my tickets to the vegas show.

Sad I couldn't go but the money is nice..

 

TBQH the videos don’t do the show justice. In the room everything sounds great, they look like they’re having a blast, and the crowd is super pumped.

 

Had a dream Tom rejoined the band with matt as well and a demo leaked and it sounded insanely good. It had such a weird name and vibe to it.

It was really weird actually.

 

So they seem to be in the studio quite frequently now. I really hope they wont try to do another throwback album, the success of california was very much due to the "comeback" hype surrounding that release i think. (Oh and Lets hope they ditch the triplet intros and woahs etc.)

 

I had a dream they played some (+44) songs and I looked over and Tom was playing. Weird. Wouldn’t have mentioned it if you didn’t also have some weird Tom dream.

 

Just listened to Neighborhoods for the first time in years and realised that I really miss Tom. At least he wanted to try something new. With Skiba all their energy live is gone. Where's the banter? And California is just a bunch of "na na na's" am I right?! Fuck Feldman, he ruined blink!! BRING BACK SCOTT!!! DAE MY'YEAD?!?! xD xD

Rank the albums again please.

 

Oh, wait. Better yet! Let's rank their setlists.

Listen, if Flyswatter isn't the first blink album you listened too, then I'm sorry but you're not a real fan. No offense kids.

Was so pissed when the went mainstream with Cheshire Cat. Typical conformists adding the "182" over a lawsuit threat. True punks would stick it out.

It ain't blink if it's not Mark Tom and Scotty. That's true blink fam, whether you like it or not.

 

So per feldys instagram there will be lyrics on the new blink songs. Lets discuss that.
