If you’re looking for good sounding Untitled era blink bootlegs:

    2003:
    Redding
    Toronto

    2004:
    Atlanta
    Orlando
    West Palm Beach
    Zepp, Japan
    Paris

Camden, NJ isn’t on that Reddit list but you can find it to download on Youtube. I highly recommend that one as the audio is probably the best you’ll get.

Listened to a couple bootlegs from S/T era tonight. Tom sounded so much more engaged back then. Marks voice sounded stronger. And Travis was overdosed on red bull.

Damn, I miss that era more than I thought.

I like how some stuff from that era sounds but like at least 50% of it, the speed it's played at is so fast that it actually borders on annoying me

  4. yeah, when you are playing so fast that you can't even play the riffs, then you have to slow it down a little bit...

My favorite bootlegs are from the TOYPAJ Tour in 2001 to the Pop Disaster Tour in 2002. Between the set of songs they were playing to the on stage chemistry it was just a good mix.

The one you sent me from Montreal in 1998 is a pretty fun bootleg and the sound quality is really good. I wish there were better sounding pre Dude Ranch bootlegs around.

  8. awesome! and yeah, i EQ'd and "remastered" that one a little bit too to try to get it to sound better than the original files. there are a few decent Dude Ranch era bootlegs that i have, i think.

Yeah I have a handful of Dude Ranch era ones too that sound ok. Lot of the pre 1997 shows are tough to listen too. The KROQ Christmas and Weenie Roasts are usually good sounding. I love the 2001 Weenie Roast one. Back in the day I bought a VHS of that concert and a Mark, Tom and Travis Show from I want to say Arizona on eBay.

Youtube has pretty much any blink bootleg that's available to download on the internet and then some. If you wanted to see a show from say 2001 just type in blink 182 full show 2001 and you'd get tons of options.

  17. i guess i could give it some sort of code name so it's secret... and have all the songs play backwards so you can't tell what it is so i don't get in trouble.

Do you guys think the Palms in Vegas is pissed about the cancellations?

  19. I think blink’s insurance company is more pissed than the palms which will make it harder for blink to get booked in the future as their overhead will likely shoot thru the roof. Unless they aren’t filing claims for these shows then ya the venues would be pissed which also doesn’t help them get booked onto shows.

Hmmm interesting. I know nothing about how insurance works in terms of a band. Would a band, like blink, have insurance in case their tour/show doesn't happen due to an illness, venue issues, etc? Or would the venue itself take out a policy? Or both. I wonder what the cost would be to get the insurance and what the payout would be.

Per Mark’s IG post, he used a new acoustic guitar during a recording session today.
