Hey, Scott still drums

 

Blink isn't Blink without Scott.

 

I originally thought that maybe they couldn't do it because they would need to sort out commercial rights and image rights and all sorts of behind the scenes stuff and Travis' initial health concerns were quite sudden. I already thought it was weird they didn't play Warped like they were supposed to considering literally every single drummer there would be able to play a Blink-182 song.

 

I wonder if Riot Fest is going to be a no go as well.

bummer... Tom's going to be back in Blink before Travis can play again.

Travis needs to recover QUICK... poor dude is probably dying to play as much as he's used to

 

I need to stop planning major life event celebrations at blink-182 concerts. TWO YEARS IN A ROW. I am so upset

 

Hope Travis recovers but maybe this is a sign from above (Aliens) that they should just hang it up without Tom.

 

I wonder if his diet has anything to do with health and/or recovery issues.

 

We’re now up to 4 shows I have had tickets to in 2018 where blink-182 has backed out of the concert. I’m going to be the angriest person in the world if they cancel the Vegas residency, given how much money I have spent for hotel and travel fees.

I would see Blink without Travis, FWIW.

 

If your health is in such a condition that it comes down to the wire like this to be told whether or not you can play, especially where blood clots are concerned, and you've been trying to recover for months already, maybe it's time to just take a year off to give your body the rest it needs.

 

Well when I say "I don't think you'd see them without Travis" I mean I just don't think blink would do it lol. I'd personally go see Matt and Mark with a replacement if that was the situation sure lol

Maybe they would do it who knows. But they've had a bunch of cancellations last few years and you figure if they would, they'd have done it by now.

 

You were the first person I thought of when I heard the news lol

 

In the spirit of Alkaline Trio, next time I decide to purchase blink-182 tickets I need to ask “Is This Thing Cursed?”

 

Contacted Ticketmaster to see if I needed to do anything to be issued a refund. They told me they show was still scheduled...

I know Travis needs to rest but I don’t think he’ll be out for a whole year or anything. A little longer sure, but I fully predict he’s 100% ready to go by 2019
