Miss Tom so much. Would love for the Tom lineup to be together but never ever record anything or tour. We're missing out for sure lol

 

Just the sheer knowledge that he’s there is enough right? Not like he has to actually DO anything. Except say “we’ll record EVENTUALLY”

 

Still sincerely can't tell if people actually think Tom would have any output with blink even if he came back or if they're just saying they miss their heyday with him in the band.

Because if Tom rejoins blink, congrats, you get no new blink-182 music for the foreseeable future.

 

They'd be on at least the 6th consecutive time he bailed on studio time by now

 

I definitely miss prime Tom. We likely won’t ever have that again.

I'm actually pretty shocked that Tom hasn't posted about Blink in quite awhile. He used to do that all the time and everyone would flip out and think he was hinting at a reunion or something. Where is Tom "It's still my band" DeLonge?!

Good thing if memory serves that’s one of your worst faults is communication and using your phone.

 

I feel like he's made more than one IG post where it's just a selfie that starts with "Hi. I'm Tom from the bands blink-182 and Angels & Airwaves..." *proceeds to start talking about whatever he is currently advertising

I don't even usually complain about the guy, but dropping blink's name whenever he needs attention for another project bums me out.

 

You guys remember Tom not looking like he wanted to be there, right? That wasn’t made up. We don’t want that again. If 2003 Tom is still alive in a dungeon somewhere I’ll lead the expedition, but current Tom could never come back to blink and I would be a-okay. Oops.

 

What if the real Tom was kidnapped by aliens and this new Tom has just been dropping subtle hints about it for years.

 

Subtle.

 

I have a theory that Mark was actually the one abducted back in the day and replaced with an alien lookalike, causing the breakup of the band and driving Tom to madness. Prove me wrong.
