man... remember the day when Dave Kennedy accidentally spilled the beans on the first Blink reunion? i'll never forget that day.

 

I remember when he was overseas in July of 2007 or 2008, and he posted that it was winter wherever he was, and thought Christmas was at the end of June.

 

I never knew this. What's the spark notes?


Also, I'm wondering what's in store for this band this summer. Taking it off and writing? I only question it because it seems like all the big ticket summer festivals have already announced their lineups and I'm not seein a hint of blink. I'm fine with it, was just curious.

My favorite thing on that subreddit is how they say Tom doing Blink for the money is the same thing that Mark and Travis are currently doing by keeping the band going.

I would still be incredibly surprised to see Tom ever rejoin blink-182. Its evident he did it for all the wrong reasons the first reunion and I see no reason why he would change his ways.

 

Tom will reform BCR featuring Mark Hoppus. They will release 4 songs EP which includes studio versions of Dance With Me and Mandy (Barry Manilow Cover).

 

I'd be fine with that if it were to actually be something possible. I've always wanted to hear a studio version of "Dance With Me."

 

Their cover of Mandy was fantastic, I'd kill to hear a studio version of it.
