While I welcome new blink at any time they'd like, I wish they'd take a little break. Actually take time to write songs and not rush song ideas just because they sound cool to start. I'd want a well thought out, not rushed album.

Not saying that they're already writing. Just stating that I wouldn't mind them taking a little break for a while. I'd be more excited for some other artists to release music right now.
