Yeah definitely got deja vu from that tweet. Almost positive we've seen that headline before.

 

Kim was a model for FSAS way back in the day, pre all the reality shows.

 

I’ve seen stuff posted before about them being close friends because they are neighbours.

 

Listening to Mark's After School Radio episode with Chris Shiflett and Mark brought up this gem from Big Day Out so I had to look it up.

 

I saw Chris Shiftlett outside of a hotel once when I was walking home from work. I talked to him for a minute and he was pretty cool. He was surprised when I mentioned NUFAN and Me First, haha.

 

Should have said hi Jake Jackson or hi Scott Shiflett’s brother.

Still pretty cool how he made his way into the Foo Fighters. Chris has always sounded like an easy going guy in interviews.

Gotta say... I don't think she really cares what you, or anybody else, thinks. Which I think is badass.

 

Could someone give some insight as to why blink fans have this weird devotion to Tom and absolutely no one else in the band? I have a strong feeling that if Mark was the one who left the band and they kept going, the fans wouldn't be crying and bitching about him being gone for over half of a decade.

I just don't get it.

 

It all makes sense when you understand a lot of people are just dumb.

Tom had the most unique and loud personality of the three, and his accent/voice is iconic (not very good, but definitely a huge part of blink’s character from 93-03).

Anyone who can’t reconcile that with his near 100% disinterest in being a part of blink-182 since 2004-05 is definitely delusional, but I do get why people miss his presence.

 

Even with Tom's obvious disinterest, their live shows were so much more fun with him from 2009-2014 than what we have had from 2015-present. The on stage chemistry and banter is just completely gone now. That's what I miss most.

 

Agree on both points. The live show is what I miss the most with Tom in the band. Without the stage banter it's just not the same experience.
