Hey y'all, if you wanna get REALLY depressed go look at XXX's instagram and check how many of your mutuals are following him, or liked his last post.

 

No. I definitely will not be checking it out, and I am pretty sure 90% of us on this thread feel the same way. I don’t know where you got that idea, but even if it’s varying degrees of disdain and some more vocal than others, most of us have been pretty vocal that we aren’t happy with the feature or going to be checking it out.

Collaboration tracks don't interest me in the slightest if I don't like/care about the guest on it. Blink has their collabs EP that seems to be on the horizon, and I am only interested in hearing their track with Pharrell, but at this point, that's the only one that's mentioned so far that I've had even an ounce of curiosity in. No way will I be listening to the XXX track. I don't support him for his actions, but I also don't like his music. So it's a no-brainer for me.

 

I mean, I don’t think it matters if you like his music or not(that’s a whole other can of worms). That’s not the point. The fact is no one is supporting his actions or this collab, so saying “you know you’ll still check it out” is kind of wrong given what the room has been saying. It’s irrelevant whether you like his music or that genre even.

Not listening to a single track doesn't really do anything at all. Like, how bout stop listening to blink-182 if you don't like the their complacency behavior?

 

I’m genuinely interested to see how they tip toe around this. We already know travis doesn’t care. Matt’s choices are shaky at best when it comes to affiliations. Mark is the one I wanna hear from about this whole thing. I’d like to think there’s something more here that we don’t get know rather than him gunning for a feature credit.

Well yeah, but I said I don't support his behavior, which is enough of a reason to not listen to the song, obviously. I know and agree with what you're saying though. Liking his music or not is not the point, but I'm just doubling down on the fact that I really don't have any interest in ever hearing it.

 

People just need to decide for themselves how they feel about this.

Looks like we are getting a stand-alone blink Christmas song that won’t be part of any EP or anything. Mark confirmed on Twitter. Pretty excited for this!

Would love a proper NINE US tour. When Cali was first announced, they played just the two singles leading up to its release while on tour. Once the album dropped and they started playing more songs from it and skipped my area cause they already toured there prior.

This past summer was the same deal. Just the couple singles from NINE and now probably missing them on their promotion tour.
