MY VINYL FINALLY SHIPPED

 

I did 2 day shipping and it’s not expecting it until Monday though :(

 

man, could you imagine if you were still waiting to hear the album until you had your physical copy? wowee zowee this would be torture.

 

Everyone is excited for their vinyl and I'm going to get it, open the box, and put it on the shelf, maybe to never play it lol

 

Well I’m still hopeful it’ll arrive earlier than expected and show tomorrow

 

Or Saturday. Wife works and I have the house to myself. Perfect time to play it!

 

Honestly, me too, probably, haha. I pretty much only listen to records when I'm cleaning or when I have a bunch of friends over. I'm much more likely to listen to this on CD in my car.

 

I’ve been running to this album every day and listening on car commutes to work meetings.

 

Yeah I usually play my vinyl on the 1 Saturday a month where she works and I have the house to myself from 7-Noon. Occasionally on a weekday evening if I leave work early and have time before she gets home from work. Or when her and I spend a weekend day cleaning because we didn’t get to during the week I’ll play it too.

 

This is what I'm doing too hah

 

I put the album on shuffle and I’ve been listening to that sequencing of the album since haha. It works so much better for me. I actually made it a playlist.

I really have no urge to mess with this tracklist, I think it's as good as it gets.

This from the guy who for the first time did the majority of my listening to an album with my own playlist for Cali

 

As long as Happy Days stays in the first 3 tracks, I'd listen to this album in any order. I'm sure it would work in any way because all the songs are so good.

 

That’s literally the only song that I can’t stand how early it is on the album lol. Seems out of place as track 2 for some reason.

 

I just want to get it over with as soon as possible, hahaha. The song is better in context with the album, but it's probably the only one that I wouldn't mind removing from my memory.

 

Just off of first listen Happy Days might be my least favorite song off of NINE.

 

Ya I’d say it’s probably my least favorite on the album, which is crazy to me bc it sounds like classic blink lol. I think it’s the Happy Days line repeating.

 

Correct. I don't even remember the verses or bridge or anything. When I think of the song, I just think of the repeated "HAPPY DAYS HAPPY DAYS!" line repeating and it's bad.

 

And YET it’s still good

 

Saw AvA last night and it was honestly awesome. I will always ride for Tom. They sounded great and it was definitely the best vocally Tom has ever sounded live (that I've seen him) and he just seemed like he was having the best time. The Blink medley was awesome.

Also glad to see no bad blood etc anymore and that the current form of Blink is finally nailing it live and releasing good music!

Now if only they didn't cancel the Columbus show Sunday lol
