Gross. Seriously I'm just glad this behavior is being called out much sooner than it used to be and that Alabama had no problems calling him out on it. I'm sure Travis is proud of his daughter for standing up for herself, despite the fact that this drummer shouldn't have contacted her in the first place. He started sending messages when she was 10?! Dude is a total creep and clearly has been for a long time.

Yuck. Sounds like she's a smart girl at least. How severely can you get punished for shit like that since he "only" said hi and nothing explicit? Fucking disgusting.

 

Who knows. Although being 17 and messaging a 10 year old girl telling her that you're from a band and that you think she's "beautiful" is actually probably a little more than cause for concern. The fuck is wrong with these people?

on other changed song titles, i remember an old track-by-track of Neighborhoods from Tom in some magazine - i believe Love Is Dangerous was at one point called "You Too" (bit on the nose there from Tom) and Snake Charmer was "Genesis".

 

I feel like a similar situation happened with Travis' son a few years ago. He was 12 and Travis was posting that his son was missing and it ended up that he was with like a 17 year old girl.
I could be confusing facts. But yeah, there are some real creeps out there.

So I messaged him to let him know his info (phone number and addy) were available via that link in her screenshot... he asked who I was (didn't let him know) and thanked me for letting him know about that being up there. I just said I wouldn't want my personal info like that up on a website after a situation like this... I had a six year old and 15 month old daughter and can just imagine how I'd react if it were my daughter(s) in this situation. Hopefully he hasn't done anything with anyone else at any type of relationship and got the shit scared out of him from Travis after this. But likely, if you're trying to get with a kid that young (because, Alabama is still a kid), they probably have deep issues and need help. He shouldn't be in the band anymore and should get some serious help or something.

 

Also can we talk about how Darkside is the best use of Mark's voice since +44

 

I've been listening to When Your Heart Stops Beating a bunch lately. That album holds up so much and I personally don't think there's a bad track on it.

He’s a Houston rapper. Big in the community. He did a quick song with Travis.

Also during ATST the guy they chose played bass instead of guitar. He was great from what I heard.
