    1) Did Green Day confirm a tour this year?

    2) Yes this year has been incredibly tougher than previous years in terms of ticket buying. I think it's a combination of scalpers upping their game and bands/promoters (yes, even everyone's beloved Blink-182) holding tickets back directly to feed into the secondary market. The VIP packages are basically supposed to be a way to sell the top seats at actual market value by throwing in a few low-cost items but I guess even those don't satisfy the profit need.

    1. Very heavily rumored, and also Jason Freese (touring keyboard/saxophone) let plans for a Fall tour/album slip in a recent interview.

    2. Yeah, it just sucks. Luckily there are only 2 or 3 bands I like that play arenas, but there really should be a better way to do this.

I'd love to see blink on this tour, i saw them twice back in '09 in Bakersfield and San Diego in their reunion tour. I flew all the way from Uruguay (Southamerica) with my sister mainly to see blink. Got seats in Bakersfield and pit in San Diego. SD was unreal. I was right in the first row.

I'm the third guy on the left with glasses, it looks like i wasn't impressed, but believe me i was.

Also tried for Jones Beach, couldn't get two tickets together but somehow managed to get two separate ones within two seats of each other. Talk about luck.

I won't be able to buy tickets for all few months. I'm guessing the Portland date won't sell as fast as some of your guys dates and I'm hoping I won't have to pay an arm and a leg for a ticket.

I just bought lawn tickets for $20 on Groupon, so that could be an option.

Yeah I'll probably do that if they are still available when I get paid next Friday Want to get better tickets, but don't think it will be worth it if I have to pay hundreds of dollars for 2 tickets.

They had reserved seating tickets for like, 30 I think? I was super surprised they were up this early.

Two day gap between Virginia Beach and Mansfield leads me to believe that another NYC-area date could be added. Makes sense since they are doing two in the LA area.

How many of these headlining dates with ADTR are not outdoors?

The new date in Grand Rapids is an arena and I couldn't be more excited. I hate amphitheater shows!

So it's been said that all tickets were pooled together for all the presales and normal sale. So it's not even worth attempting to get tickets for San Diego tomorrow morning when the normal sale starts since the entire show is already sold out??

You should still try. This morning I was able to get 2 tickets to the Jones Beach show even though there were none available after the 2nd day of presales

I'm the opposite but I have never been to one in September. Hopefully it isn't too cold.

I know this is a big tour but I didn't expect things to sell out so quickly.

I wonder why the Grand Rapids show isn't on sale for another week?

So crazy how well this tour sold. Is the whole tour sold out already?

I mean it makes sense, this is their first real US tour in 5 years. Basically the same as when they broke up in 2004.

Just realized ADTR is playing next Friday in Grand Rapids too...forgot I had tickets to that! Might be why it was a late add then.

For anyone in the NY/NJ/PA area looking to go, there are still a ton of tickets left for the Scranton date. Every section and Pit is still available for less $$$$ than the other dates. Also, for the first weekend, the lawn is only $15...

That said, I'm going to PNC (thanks, Groupon!), though I'm not really a fan of the venue at all.

I was surprised how well the Weezer tour sold too.
