Swaggy was cast to be entertaining TV for only a few weeks. I don't think there's a universe where he ever gets far. That said, I'm bummed to see him go so soon. I really feel like he could have been a lot of fun for 5 weeks or so before getting canned. The dude wanted to be considered a threat which is just awful gameplay.

Kaitlyn is dumb, and her meltdown is going to be amazing. I think the next few weeks are guaranteed to be great. This season rules so far

 

In theory, everything about Swaggy should be as entertaining as above.... but for me, it just isn't

 

I like Swaggy 1000% more than Winston but I still don’t really care for him that much.

Did anyone see the non-big brother stuff that happened with Kaitlyn this week? Lol

 

Scottie played that eviction so smart.

 

Lol I almost mentioned that conversation with Sam and Swaggy and how humanizing and relatable it made him seem. Good thing I didn’t.

 

Why did Scottie turn on Swaggy, I must have missed something

 

Scottie voting Swaggy out while wearing a Swaggy shirt is one of the best things I have ever seen. Then the man wins HOH. This dude isn't fucking around and I'm here for it. I think he voted Swaggy out strictly to create chaos, and now he's in an unbelievable position. I don't think anyone suspects that he's the one that flipped, and he can do whatever the hell he wants. This is going to be another really good week.

 

Swaggy telling Julie that it was Scottie's idea to wear the Swaggy shirts in support was icing on the FU cake. Such a baller, covert move.

 

I'm guessing Julie openly telling Swaggy who voted to keep him means he has no chance of getting back in the house?

 

Yep. That plus the fact that Sam's power is a battle back means it's unlikely for there to be a second pre-jury battle back.

I don't understand the controversy over the use in that specific situation. It is certainly jarring and uncomfortable, but it was used as an example to highlight the differences between slurs in a serious conversation. The use of a pejorative towards little people without hesitation by Bailey demonstrates pretty clearly the issue.

Bayleigh clearly did not have an issue saying that slur towards JC and just seemed defensive because of the comparison being made. It's an apt comparison in my opinion. He used it to demonstrate the issue and how it's minimized but it really is much more powerful than most people believe.

 

I hate Winston so fucking much

 

Scottie reminds me of that guy you invite to bar trivia and he gets way too into it and is 10x more intense than everyone else at the table

Bret's speech was amazing, please please please keep him and not the idiot

 

Level 6 should keep Brett off entertainment value alone. I hope Sam doesn't use her power this week. I think she's in a tough spot with it because she'll reveal where she stands if she does use it, but also, if she keeps Brett or Winston then she'll have the extra backup that she really needs.

For my BB Fantasy, I want to keep WInston because I picked him this week and I am eating shit. For my viewing pleasure, I want to see Brett gone because he's one of those guys that is PROUD to be an obnoxious, plain, basic bro. Like the type of guy that quotes Anchorman, Borat, and Big Lebowski every day.

 

Winston would make for better television because he's pretty clueless, terrible at the game and just generally prone to shenanigans more than Brett is I think. The majority of HGs like Brett a bit more though

 

How is there no discussion about the episode tonight

I got sucked in last season by my family and hate-watched it starting like halfway through but I'm genuinely super invested in this season lol

 

Curious to see how Sam’s power will play out at the next eviction. This has been one of the better seasons in recent years. It’s nice to see that everyone isn’t voting the same way like they usually do in the beginning.

In case anyone wants to know who the next HOH is, it’s Sam.

 

With that HOH winner, the Power App just got more interesting.

 

Tyler's move to keep Brett seems like its going to payoff. Either nobody knows its him, because Kaitlyn as of last night had no idea, or he can just say everyone is gunning for this guy and Winston was expendable. That said, Brett is way more entertaining and his speech last night was hilarious again. HOH is super interesting this week.

 

I've said it before and I am sure I'll say it again a dozen times: this season is such a breath of fresh air after last year. People are playing the damn game.
