Texas is great too wow, this is the album I never knew I needed. It’s gonna be awesome!

 

Texas Hold ‘Em got me dancing like Zac Efron in the iron claw

 

Neither of these are for me, but I generally dislike country music. Beyoncé, Post, and Lana all with country albums this year?

 

my guess is the album will be called either REVIVAL, TEXAS, or RECLAMATION

or RE-NEIGH-SSANCE

 

Texas Hold 'Em is fun and cool and I like it but HOLY SHIT 16 CARRIAGES wow wow wow

16 Carriages is very good. the other one is fine

 

New songs are decent but I’m not crazy about them. I love Beyoncé and will listen to anything she does, but I’m guessing this won’t be one of my favorite releases of hers. Hope I’m wrong though.

My wife has played “Texas Hold Em” at least 40 times. She’s my barometer of something is gonna be huge.

 

I’ve listened to it like 30 times and that’s only because I needed to go to sleep last night

 

These two songs alone pretty much smoke any other pop star who has tried to have a going country moment.

 

Great songs. I particularly like 16 Carriages.

Country stations in parts of the country are refusing to play the songs lol

If Morgan Wallen made an R&B song, they sure as shit would want it played on R&B stations

 

on the subject of recognition within the genre, i sincerely hope the Recording Academy doesn't sideline this in the country category just because it's Beyoncé. others have previously been shut out for genre-bending (i.e. star-crossed), but these singles are dedicated country music.

 

mid songs for sure but cool that she's so prolific right now. 16 carriages has a little something, but hold em just makes me want to listen to 'dolly' by tierra whack
