It was the whole band, if I remember correctly. The pictures got blasted all over Strikegently when that was a thing

It's just like, why listen to those dirtballs when The Starting Line already wrote better versions of all of their songs like 10 years earlier

Hmm. Never heard TSL in TDS. I'll have to keep that in mind next time to listen to one of those bands.

    TSL best record = Direction

Hit the Lights has diehard fans? Weird. Only ever listened to TIASUDMIAM (album acronym, I didn't just have a stroke while typing) which is good and fun with an overall theme that most pop/punk records don't have.

Eve 6 should've been huge but the world hates gingers.

Infomaniac by Nightmare of You is a great record (but the S/T debut is still miles better)

MCR's best album was their first

Reach for the Sun is 1000000x better than War Paint.

I feel like I never gave Infomaniac a fair shot. I should do that, since the self titled is one of my favorite records period.

The drumming on War Paint is a big, boring anchor around the neck of half the songs.

When it works, though, it really does, aka "I Should Leave Right Now"

Yep, that song is up there with my favs, along with probably the title track and Miscommunication.

War Paint is pretty easily their best album.

Where I Want to Be is pretty easily their best song.

Set Phasers to Stun is the only song I like on that album but it is probably their best song.

Drums on War Paint are definitely less dynamic than on Reach, but the songwriting is good enough that it never really bothers me.

Waiting for someone to say Golden Record is their best. Hope I'm waiting for a long, long time. What a disappointing record that was, made worse with the ironic album title.

I'm not sure that had a single good song on it.

Every once in awhile I listen to "Catholic Girls" or "We Will Wait in the Fog" but I don't know if I'd put either of those songs above anything that's on RFTS / WP

Oh wait yeah that's right. Catholic Girls is really good.

  21. Agreed on both fronts. The Bang EP has some great jams on it too.

I've said it before and I'll say it again but GR was a great album, it just didn't live up to their previous work (I've always put it above War Paint though)

  23. The Killers have are probably the best example of a "greatest hits" band I can think of. Their singles are far and away their best songs and none of their albums are exceptional outside of the songs everyone knows.

Besides Day & Age I enjoy most all of their albums, but that's true. Mr. Brightside, Read My Mind and A Dustland Fairytale are among my favorite songs ever by anybody. Their singles are far and away their best songs (ignoring Human)
