if we're talking scene bands who should've blown up ive got two biggies.

1. secret and whisper. they were soasin but better then saosin

2. midnight aria. i dont even know who they were where they were from or how far they got but this song is a bop

(no clue why volume is so low)

 

Secret & Whisper were so good I still listen to them sometimes

 

i listen to them literally every week

 

on the topic of saosin rips i fucking loved this band
and not just because of the album name

 

can this band just take the place of whatever the fuck hit the lights has done for years?

 

idk what the fuck this is i just know i heard it at 15 and figured they must be popular because they sounded like everything else in style at the time turns out they were no one and did nothing

 

holy shit forgot about this one too. that jason lancaster verse was so good

I get Hit The Lights and All Time Low confused sometimes

 

I like Get Stoked On It way more than Upsides or Suburbia, but not as much as TGG or NCTH.

This is inexcusable.

 

The only songs I really like off GSOT are Racing Trains and Keystone State Dudecore (I cringe at the name of the song though.)

 

all time low is a sick band to play in the car while your mom drops you and your friends off at the mall

 

It's a good album to workout to. The lyrics are really bad, but musically it's just fun. Maybe it's my age, and that I don't relate at all to suburban angst, but the other two were just so goddamn melodramatic.

 

Probably the weirdest phase for me was when I listened to entirely Scandinavian bands. Though Those Dancing Days are still fucking great.

 

i hate every album thats not suburbia but christ GSOI is an actual embarrassment even the die hard TWY fans will mostly agree

 

Suburbia is the only album I like now though the others (minus Stoked) all have some great songs. It's just hard to do the same specific thing four times without it getting old.

 

It's their best album lyrically and musically plus it has the best production job of any album I've heard

 

holy shit that last album is a personal classic
