    No Fun. Not Ever.

I mean, if someone purchased my ticket and drinks and I didn't have anything going on that night, then I would probably see Mumford & Sons.

I've seen them live before. It was the winter and I could only have one beer in the parking lot before going in but I still enjoyed myself

I honestly just like live music enough to where I've seen bands I don't like on album but had a good time. Same with whole genres like Country which I dislike but have enjoyed bands live.

I get tired standing - I have to want to be there and have it be worth my time and more importantly - my money

I enjoy a concert far more if I know the songs being played. I wouldn't go to a concert if I didn't know the artist well

    Cursed by my ancestry

I get super weird when watching bands I don't care about. I always try to check out every band I'm seeing before I see them but sometimes I don't have time or nothing sticks out. So I'm left standing in the front row waiting for the band I like trying to find the tempo of songs I don't care for, consciously head nodding to that beat and trying not to make eye contact with the band so they can't tell I'm a total poser.

2016 wasn't a great year for music. Pretty boring in my opinion.

It was a good year for rock though, Deftones, Metallica, Greenday, Sum 41, Avenged and TBS.

lol. Well while those two are great, not liking Metallica may or may not discredit that statement. It was a pretty good year for people who like rock I should say.

meh. them, and every other band besides thrice and deftones, are very far past their prime

I'd say most bands everyone loves are past their prime, doesn't mean they should stop playing or putting out music people enjoy. Just because Metallica will never write another Master or Black album doesn't mean they still don't put out enjoyable music. That's a weird way to look at the music world.

Never said they can't keep putting out music. Just said the musics not good.

I just didn't want to repeat myself with "for those who like rock, it was good year". Sorry you didn't like it? Better luck next year? I was just a lost for words.
