These two songs feel like they could have been on a Devinyl split.

 

I think Kev played I Love You for the first time November 2016, then put the demo on some charity album. It's a little weird that this is on the Bad Books album.

 

I guess when it’s a mostly unknown demo you can do that. They were obviously going will non drum tracks, and maybe one of the three guys suggested it. Also, he probably made no money off the track since it was used for charity, so I guess it fair game for two reasons.

Andy played that song referencing watching football live. I don’t think it was ever released, and I hope it ends up on III.

I love you is so good. I’m excited for UFO, assuming it’s one of the ones they played in Austin.

 

Considering it took a little while to announce this album June 14th is soon. I wonder if they split these as 5 Kevin vocals 5 Andy or if the split a song or two. I hope they do.

Seems like MUCH less anticipation surrounding them this time around than last time.

 

Listened to II today, I still need to check out the two new songs though.

Pyotr is definitely my favorite song by these guys. Just absolutely stunning

 

Agreed, I forgot this was even out this week until I went to listen to UFO and I have it pre ordered.

It's been far too long and it isn't full band are probably the reasons. 7 years is a long time in people's lives.

 

I may not be able to make it up to Jersey City for the show. I bought the fan package, if anyone is interested. Just looking to break even.

I should know for sure by the middle of next week.

Sorry, should have included that. It’s Fri, 6/28 White Eagle Hall. The Fan Club package has a bunch of cool stuff, so I’m hoping to make it; I definitely want it going to a fan, if I can’t.
