Went to another house show, stayed at my dads cause he lives 10 minutes from the venue. Had some gluten free waffles and cheerios + sugar

i hope to still have my car when it gets to 216,000! (as long as it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to get it there). it's only 7 years old and i rarely drive so i'm averaging about 10k a year - and that includes 8k on a trip to Seattle and back so it's much less than that even, which i'm hoping extends the life of the car. would be great if i don't have to look at getting a car until my mid-40's (30 now).

 

Me mum turns 69 this year. Gonna be her nicest year

 

yeah mine is a 2006, im definitely going to get a new car this fall probably. i have just delayed the process because i have never had to make car payments and will put it off as long as i can, haha.

any idea what you're looking to get? (i'm not a big car / brand guy, but always like looking at pictures of new cars, especially interiors, which i almost always seem to dislike oddly enough)

when i bought my car i saved up so fucking much for it my monthly payments ended up being $180. and i hate having debt, and back then i was good at actually not having debt, so i paid the rest off in like a year and half which was nice. only downside to my car is that i didn't plan ahead and learn about bluetooth and shit so i can't listen to my iPhone in it so i have to use my headphones lol but things could be much worse. i'l just have to remember to plan ahead with the next car (in almost two decades ) to make sure i look ahead for whatever black voodoo magic technology is coming down the turnpike

 

it's weird picturing him as a person with a phone but I imagine people feel the same way about me

 

i started doing some research but nothing too in depth yet, i have a bud who is a mazda salesman, so hes been trying to sell me on them, and i have driven his a few times, it rides great. i have a CR-V right now so i would like to get a smaller SUV also, but we will see!
