It was kinda weird. I guess the theme was like we were KGB spies being interrogated?
It was my first one so I don’t have much to compare it to but my friend has done a ton and said it was weird. It wasn’t hands on like most ones are it was mostly like solving riddles and putting in combinations/collecting keys.

The cool thing was that 1) we were handcuffed at the beginning which was interesting lol and 2) our group was actually split up into 2 rooms. About halfway through, we removed the white board from ours and it was a 2 way mirror. There was a phone in the room set up so basically they could hear us on the phone, but couldn’t see through the glass. We could see them through the glass, but couldn’t hear them on the phone. So it was interesting to try and communicate and work together that way haha

The whole group was rly into it and we talked about trying another place. There’s like so many places around here so lots of variety to choose from haha

I hate game of thrones.

 

Not much of a hot take I think. It was pretty good for the first few seasons but I don't think the following ones (5, 6 and 7) are worth it. Such a waste of potential. I'll still read the books one day, and watch the final season at least once.

 

there are way worse trains tourist, it's fun navigating the subways isn't it lots of fun not anxiety provoking at all

GOT just doesn't interest me at all, I can barely remember character names when they're like Dave you think I'm gonna be like Khaleesi and Joffrey hate each other or whatever I don't have time for that

 

I never realized how awful the first season of The Office is but it's like a completely different show

yeah, and it never helps when there's a whole plethora of characters to remember too. If they have weird names, forget about it

 

they have to have weird names, there's sixty trillion characters.

 

Diversity Day and Health Care are two of my favorite episodes haha

 

i never watch season 1 anymore when doing my re-watches. probably because i've seen it enough to know what happens and there's really no connection to later seasons aside from a few references.

best part of season 1, by far, is Michael watching Stanley dribbling a basketball, thinking he'll be awesome because he's black, but he's clearly never dribbled a basketball before

 

it has its moments. those are good episodes, but there's a lot going on in that season that I either don't find funny or just don't really like

 

it took a while to find its footing and not just be the Gervais version for sure
