the idea of living to 69 makes me laugh. i was told i had blood pressure issues 2 and a half years ago and then i quit my job and lost my health insurance and haven’t been insured a day since. when i go for my checkup in Feb i expect to hear “well you’ve eaten an entire Totino’s factory and gained ten pounds and are going to die tomorrow”

I’m sorta in the same boat tbh. My blood pressure is too high for my age. Partially genetic, but largely contributed to my diet. I need to get my fuckin shit together. My issue is that I don’t have much of a problem staying healthy when I’m not in school but during the semester I am the worst version of myself
