true story: one of my cousins is through my grandmother remarrying. so like, her new husband had kids who had kids and we were around the same age. the father in that scenario, so my “uncle”, was a Louisiana native. at my cousin’s bday one year when I was 10 or 11 and was just meeting them for the first time, he kept insinuating that we “better not make out when no one was looking” and shit, almost like he wanted us too. it was the most uncomfortable i had ever been made up until that point.

i am very glad he divorced out of our family tree a few years later haha. and no i’m not saying all Louisiana natives are gross incesty hicks but at least one is
