I just got a free beer at lunch from some dude that I vaguely remember talking to at a bar a couple of weeks ago. Also about to eat tacos. Pretty solid Friday.

 

They are very good. The bacon is like super thick cut and cooked perfectly.

Well it depends on the cut and how you're cooking it. If you have a strip steak or a filet and you want to grill it, all you need to do is season it aggressively with salt & pepper, preheat your grill as hot as it gets, and then put it on the grill and cook it to your desired temp.

If you're pan-searing or roasting, then you can add in garlic, herbs, and butter to the pan.

After you've pan-seared or roasted, you can deglaze that pan with booze and build a sauce.

You could also build a sauce at the same time you're cooking the steak... like a bernaise or bordelaise. Even a chimichurri.
