Waiting for the charge/headphone adapter combo dongle

 

Rumors are next year will be 10-year anniversary phone. Supposedly big re-design.

 

Gonna wait till next years model... Still really want the 7 though. Airpods sound cool but the EarPods hurt my damn ears so I don't know

 

If I were Canon or Nikon I'd be scared of what smartphone cameras will be capable of in 5+ years.

"buy a new car" doesnt seem like a very fair suggestion to charge your phone while using it

 

Hopefully a charge+3.5 dongle comes out. Losing the jack is an enormous bummer for anyone who a. drives a lot and/or b. uses the headset for phone calls. It's livable for music and probably worth it if it ushers in lossless wireless audio but for a lot of people it'll be a very annoying transition.

Wow I need the jet black iPhone 7 plus in my life. What a truly brilliant phone.

To be honest I'm not bothered about the major redesign I believe we'll get that next year for the 10th anniversary. I'd say reinventing the home button today is the first step towards that.

That might actually interest me more then! I've never been one who felt the need to get the new phone every year. I'm mostly just eh on the whole headphone jack thing.

 

I'll lose those airpods so fast so I won't even bother. Unless they fit better than the current Earpods.

Ditto. I am fine going every 2 years, one year seems excessive to me. And I use bluetooth speakers/headphones around the house most of the time anyway, so I don't really care about the headphone jack either. It's whatever. Once I started using wireless for podcast listening it was one of those "oh yeah, this is way better" moments. If they fix pairing, it'll be great.

 

Fingers crossed! I love my Macbook Pro for my field of work (web design, graphic design & marketing) but it's been a while since we got a solid update on the Pro. The rumoured touch bar and LED screen keyboard keys will be a game charger if true.

 

So yea, iOS 10 is also available for a system update.

 

So what exactly does 'water resistant' mean? Like it will be fine if you're using it in the rain a little bit? Or can it be submerged and be fine?
