gonna grab a tv next month probably

 

I feel like i don’t need the TV but the UI of my Sony is showing its age even after two years.

 

The Apple TV is tricky. Yes, I have no big issues with my 4k Apple TV with an A10, however it might be another 3-4 years until the new one is replaced. Will I still be happy with the A10 4k Apple TV in 2023 or will I wish I had the A12 version.

 

Picked up the new 12.9” and the new Apple TV.

 

The new remote is so nice

I love my 12 mini, and traded in an 8 for it. Maybe my 8 was a lemon but both the battery and speakers on my mini are better. The speakers are a bit quieter but much clearer. With the taller screen it’s annoying to have to reach up to the top, but all in all it’s an upgrade in every way.

 

Got my two remotes in the mail yesterday. They rule.

 

My tv is coming Monday!!

 

I still think the older remote is more aesthetically pleasing with the design and wish they had gone with black as the main color with silver accents but can’t wait to have a more functional remote

 

Black is too hard to see with the lights off imo

 

I’ve accidentally muted a movie about 3 times already when I meant to pause.

The iOS Reddit app has not been working for the last 3 days for me. This happening to anyone else? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and done just about everything else. But I can’t find anyone complaining about it anywhere else

edit: and now that I complained it starts to work

 

You can fix this by using Apollo.

 

I wish I could just walk into Best Buy or target to pick up the remote when I see that my Apple store has them to buy (my closet store is 2 hours away) I know they release tomorrow for other stores but I’m impatient af

 

New iMac ordered. Went with Blue.

Went with 256 GB because of my massive external storage collection, 16GB Ram.

 

I couldn’t help myself and picked up a blue iMac in store on Saturday

yes, a very very small quantity at Apple Grand Central on Saturday morning. Ordered at 6am and picked up at 10:45am

very happy with my decision haha

 

Weird question but did they have any of the 8/8 models?!

 

Had to do a clean install of Windows 10 today and I never want to experience that again. Apple just makes everything so straightforward and easy.
