This has been an issue since day one. The Pencil is slowly sipping power from the iPad, and especially on standby it’s a noticeable issue.

 

ah ok, thank you. I've noticed drain but for the first time I left my pencil off and had no drain. Wish there was a fix

 

Phone is still setting up and downloading apps but it feels less slippy than the X in hand so far which is good.

 

Smart to use this instead of the clear plastic and cute icons

Yeah I liked that touch, it's also still just as satisfying to take off.

 

the MagSafe charger is so satisfying and I love the noise it makes haha

 

also I can't tell the size difference from my 11 Pro Max to my 12 Pro - obviously the 11 Pro Max is bigger but because the 12 Pro is a little bit wider it basically feels the same

 

this is also a finger print magnet - I'll get used to it but I might actually buy a case for that very reason haha

Welp, I ordered a 12 Pro in pacific blue for afternoon pickup. Went back and forth too many times on it.

Isn't the 12 around the same size as the 11 Pro? That phone felt tiny in my hand coming from a Galaxy S8+. Is it that much more uncomfortable than the curved 11 Pro if you've ever held one? Do you have a case on, and does that help the comfort?

 

The 12 and 12 pro are slightly bigger than the 11 pro. I find this no less comfortable than my X (pretty sure that’s the same size as 11 pro?). Slightly easier to hold as well I think.

 

Kills me to see the UPS truck has been within a 5 mile radius from me since 9 this morning.

 

My UPS truck does that all the time and somehow never arrives until like 8:30pm. Was super frustrating when Mario 3D All Stars came out lol

 

It really came down to wanting the blue phone (my favorite color) but hating what I’ve seen blue of the 12/Mini. And oddly enough, ProRaw. I’m big into photography.

 

Have you tried the Halide app? Halide mkII came out yesterday

 

The flat edges with the oled screen is such a huge improvement over the curved edges

 

Oh, my screen is a tiny bit warmer than my X screen. Not enough to notice without putting them side by side but it is warmer.
