bought a touch bar pro today and I'm in love

 

A lot of stalls and freezing on my iPhone 7 since the new update.

 

same. it's been laggy.

 

I was having the same problems on my 6s until I restarted the phone. Now it’s fine.

 

Any recommendations for a solid X case? I'm seeing the official Apple ones aren't great...

 

Haven't tried any Apple ones (I like having the bottom of the case covered unlike the Apple ones) but I bought this last minute the day before I got the phone and like it a lot. It's a little bulkier than most people would like but it feels solid.

Not sure where you're seeing the official apple ones aren't great? I like my black leather X case

 

just seeing a bunch of reviews that they're wildly over-priced and don't hold up for protection very well

 

They aren’t the best for protection but after using both the silicone and leather cases, I can’t use any other case brand haha

 

Just got an iPhone X a couple weeks ago, loving it so far. Now Thinking of getting either AirPods or Apple Watch. Which one would y’all recommend getting first if you had to choose. Is an apple watch overall worth getting?

 

For me, I definitely love my Apple Watch. I hate going out without it. I really like the activity tracking that it provides. And having notifications on my wrist, when I’m walking around the university or hanging with friends is really nice. I know this isn’t a big problem, but being able to look at my wrist to see something I dont care about, rather than pulling my phone in and out of my pocket is really nice.

And I don’t have AirPods, so no comment there, aside from I really want them haha

 

My 2015 MacBook 12” has got really bad screen scuffing/scratches from the keyboard - each time I open it up it seems worse. I have no idea how/why it’s happening. I guess I’m shit out of luck as far as getting Apple to fix it since it’s out of warranty and I don’t have Apple Care, despite the fact that it seems like a hardware defect?

The most annoying thing is I want to upgrade to a 15” Pro but I won’t be able to sell this unit in the condition it’s in.

Prime Video is now available. Can install by downloading the new iOS version of the App or by searching “Prime Video” on ATV.

Damn it Apple, I want my $5.99 back that I paid to watch The Big Sick over the weekend.

 

Worth it for a great movie

 

Snark aside I completely agree, haven't seen too many new movies this year but I think this was by far my favorite.

Oh man both are amazing. My job requires me to pretty much have my entire calendar planned out for the day so the new Siri watch face it great, I can glance down and scroll through all of my meetings for the day.

I love my AirPods but thats one that can all come down to how they fit. Mine work great and I have no issues with them. My wife on the other hand said they are a little too big for her ears and they start to hurt after a bit.
The call quality on the AirPods is amazing so I use them for all of my conference calls for work as well.
