In your guys' experienced opinions as far as these leagues go, is it worth it to purchase the players development traits upgrades or are you better off just dumping all those points into increasing stats?

One new/cool feature in franchise mode is the improvement of the re-signing stage with players. When you offer a player a new contract you get a response immediately. And if that player declines the offer he gives you the reason he turned it down. For example, a player responded to me "The length and salary are fine but I'd like to have more guaranteed money". You then have the option to make another offer the following week.

I like Kam but I think i'd pass on him. Safety just isn't a big impact position for me
