Livestream sounded really good. Obviously it’s very touched up, but I think it makes for a great live album.

It does look like the Rebel Girl Corden performance was taken form the live stream but I could be wrong.

If the Corden Rebel Girl is how the entire livestream is... yeah I hope it gets ripped.. I was telling my wife that whatever vocal effect (call it Auto Tune but just sounds like general pitch correction or some pitch vocoder) that it works for Tom.. We all know he is all over the place with his style and in the modern era of music....Ill take some weird spacey hybrid as long as its all in key haha.

 

While there's been a number of live vocal effects Tom has used in the recent years, he also had a recent surgery to open his sinuses that he had been complaining about for years and I bet that helped a ton, too.

 

My usual Chrome extensions aren’t working for ripping the stream. I hope someone else is more lucky!

Damn that performance sounds so good. They should throw it up on streaming services as a live album.

 

There's some very obvious vocal pitch correction going on but I wouldn't objective to Tom doing this at all shows.

 

Yeah it's working for me since it just sounds better overall. On some songs he should do even more reverb / autotune kinda like his vocals on diary haha. Love that.

 

Don’t they go back and edit it afterwards for this stream? Not sure they can entirely recreate the sound at an actual live show.

 

From seeing them during their first couple of tours as well as The 1975 when they were touring A Brief Inquiry, it is entirely possible.

I really hope these put this up on streaming services as a live album. I think I like the half step down version of Euphoria more than the original. That riff goes so hard.
And I like this performance of Paralyzed more than the studio version too.

 

I know it’s obviously touched up a lot, but that may be the single best live recording of this band.
