I'm finally getting around to listening to his Alt Nation session from SiriusXM and MY GOD. One of these days I hope he puts out an acoustic album with just him and his piano.

 

Did you order this from his site or somewhere else? I reached out to his merch team last week to find out what's going on with my order and was told they still don't have this in stock and aren't expecting to until August. I was like, "Well, that doesn't make sense, I know people who have this record." And they basically said, "Don't know what to tell you, lol!"

The latest. I sent them your photo of the actual vinyl, and this is the response I got.

Why would you hold product you already have for two months?! What the fuck is going on here?

There are multiple people in this thread who got copies already! And she keeps repeating that it's not going to be available to August, when all the spots elsewhere online (Amazon, Urban Outfitters, etc.) list a June 16 release date?

Idk man, I'm confused! I've been forwarded over to someone else (I think she got tired of dealing with me) so hopefully they will actually know what they're talking about.

I don’t get how they don’t know some were shipped last month. And like you said, if they have them, why would they hold them until August anyway?

 

So I got bumped over to the ecommerce service manager, and here's the explanation:

I guess this at least makes sense, but it also seems like bad practice to disincentivize fans from...buying more shit from their favorite artists?

Also still wild to me that the other person I was talking to could not even fathom that they had maybe gotten the vinyl earlier than expected and told me there was "honestly, no explanation as to why your friend seemed to have gotten theirs already given that these are made to be available until August."

 

Hahahaah ... that does make more sense and the first line of support's answers seem even more like gaslighting now.

Forgot to say I've eventually made a move and bought myself and my girlfriend tickets to fly over to UK and see Andrew in Manchester! This is going to be wondergul, a bucket list thing for me. Decided for that over going to Berlin, cause the plane tickets were dirt cheap, and I'm still going to Berlin a month later to catch boygenius!

Not sure if I would be able to afford rent in the UK hahh, so many shows! Thanks to having that trip I'll catch can't swim and Microwave the next day, aaand maybe I'll find some luck getting tickets to a sold out Origami Angel/Prince Daddy and The Hyena show the day before too. Fingers crossed everything will pan out with Andrew's gig though! I could add more events to the list if I only had a longer trip (American Football with Lakes for example ehh)

Pleaaaaseeee don’t just be a pop up show during WWWY. Granted I’ll most likely be there (if I can find decent flights), but…

 

Camp wilderness was looking for old concert photos for people to send for something, too

I'd expect a few random shows around WWWY as well, I guess.
