Also, this might not 100% fit the bill, but it is too good not to share. Fletcher Tucker has been meaning making music reminiscent of a darker early Mount Eerie, mostly with vocals, but now he has reimagined some songs from his previous album. Drony organs, field recordings, I absolutely adore it. Maybe someone else will also find some joy in it.
