Hot take but the bonus tracks from the Don’t Panic reissue are some of the best of their career

 

OK update I went to the bathroom to listen and this is such a bop. Very basic but it’s so damn catchy.

 

that's quite hot, the PTV song is very bad

 

The PTV one is the best of the four, I don't think any of them are great

 

This is for sure a different vibe than LYR.

 

Definitely a different vibe, but it does sound more like a deluxe track to me

I just really like Canals and Oh Calamity

 

I can see this as a lead single, honestly. Into it more than most of the last album. Though, Drugs and Candy was dope.

 

Not gonna get my hopes up that this is any more than a deluxe, but new album cycle would be cool

 

I like the Don't Panic bonus tracks more than probably half of Don't Panic.

Good album, but still incredibly overrated and I'm still disappointed they back tracked so much after Dirty Work.

 

I've had such a weird relationship with Don't Panic. Loved it and thought it was by far their best for a while after it came out, now I think it might be their weakest of the albums since SWIR.

 

I like it. Doesn’t really sound much like anything off their last record though

Pretty much a mixture of the last two albums, which is cool.

This was pretty much how I felt about Future Hearts.

 

I still have such an attachment to FH and it’ll probably always be my favorite, even if I can recognize that LYR is probably a better album. But those two are pretty far ahead of everything else to me.

Yeah, it sounds closer to NP than to any of their other records

 

It sort of feels like what Reckless And The Brave was after Dirty Work. A "return to form" after a super poppy record.

 

I’m super disappointed with the new song after how much I loved LYR. Seems like a regression unfortunately.

 

Oh wow that was very different than LYR. I was a little worried about the song during the first verse but the chorus is real fun
