Has he said anything about a timeline for the solo record? All I heard is it's in the works and it's really sad.

What is time and place? Also there was a great full band all get out song that you said you were still waiting on, very dynamic. Do you remember what that was?

 

Time and Place and The Reason You're Still Alive are probably my two favourite AGO/Nathan songs. Both haven't made it onto a release. There's videos of both on YouTube. Time and place fits the criteria of alone with an acoustic guitar.

 

There are extremely clean daytrotter versions of both of these songs, but here are my favorite versions (and maybe the only other versions besides unreleased demos) of each.

 

Those are the exact videos I would have posted if I was t at work.

 

Liked and unliked this so I could like it again.

 

But at the same time I almost don't want a studio version in case it isn't amazing.

 

I just don't know how much they can do with the song to make it better than the Daytrotter or Scene SC versions. Of course I'd be stoked if we ever got a fully fleshed out version, but it's not a necessity for me. The Reason You're Still Alive is the one I want to hear.

Im starting to realize there is a lot more to Quitter than I originally thought. Its a much better piece of art than I originally gave it credit for, may be my favorite AGO record after listening non stop the last few days
