Omg I just realised this is out this month.

So glad this wasn't announced 3/4 months before the release date like so many albums these days

 

Yeah I hope like one more this week, should get two out there before they start playing live I think. And than another halfway through the month.

 

I'm thinking Thursday. Tour starts Friday so would make sense

 

Part of me wants to avoid looking at the set list so that I’ll be surprised at the Nashville date, but that’s almost a month away and I know I’ll cave.

 

My show is a week from tomorrow, I think I'm going to try to keep it a surprise but I'm so excited and it's going to be hard lol

I’m not going to look at the setlist. I want to be surprised, aside from them playing the new song.

 

Blackbird clicked with me today finally. Now I am super excited for the next song. It’s a total classic Alkaline Trio song (amazing first single too).

 

Don't they usually change up their setlist between basically every show anyway? I've only seen them once but I remember looking at a setlist the night before and it was super different

 

I'd say they're one of the better bands at changing up their setlist

 

They usually change the opening song as well. I always thought that was cool.

Can't read anything above Blackbird but holy hell, that's a fantastic setlist.

Yeah, aside from me personally wanting a couple of deeper MSIT cuts (and Hell Yes) that's really good.

 

Any info on who sung what on the new songs or lyrics?

 

Is This Thing Cursed? is a Dan song with one Matt verse in there. I believe Demon and Division was just Matt, like Blackbird

Watching some videos and Jarrod sounds great but man they are lacking some punch without Derek.

 

I haven’t watched any videos from the show yet but hopefully he’ll get settled in after a couple of shows

 

Damn that setlist is great
