Saw this on labor day and really enjoyed it. I thought the dialogue was kind of quiet and hard to understand in the first 30-40 mins but maybe it was the sound in my theater.

Have also been doing some rewatch's the past couple weeks with Alien3, Resurrection and AVP and Covenant.

 

The Ripley clone character is weirdly sexually aggressive through pretty much the whole movie.

if they really wanna put some asses in seats they'll do this but with Ron Perlman & Brad Dourif

Looking at that first picture and thinking that's a guy who knows the pieces fit.

Hmm idk if we’re getting a sequel/continuation guys

 

I hope they trade in all of their goodwill and give us part three of Ridley's vision and I mean that sincerely (it will never happen)

I’m just hoping the next one is at least a hybrid. There has to be a way they could incorporate Ridley’s original plan while still doing a sequel to Romulus.

 

Really liked this. Felt gritty and right in the universe. Loved the, I'd say 'simplicity' of it? Closest to the original in that way? If that makes sense.

A good ride and entry into the franchise overall, better than Covenant IMO.

Definitely will buy this on apple tv, but anyone know if the special features will be available day one? Some films wait until the blu ray release for any special features to arrive digitally.

 

Had a great time with this. The zero-G stuff ruled, and the Rain/Andy relationship was surprisingly touching.

I like what we got in the theatrical
