Those features are so pointless to me since most of my most played songs/albums come from ambient/asmr stuff that I play while sleeping and content for my kids that they want to listen to on repeat in the car. Haven’t had an accurate top 5 or whatever in years.

 

yeah I mean my top 1-3 songs were a Moana song, the Bluey theme song and baby shark because of my kid haha

It's a pretty diverse list. They're really committed to the jazz and R&B in recent years

 

Pitchfork’s end of year lists are significantly less terrible this year than in recent years

 

I actually like the list and a lot of my fav albums made it but no metal is lame. Esp since they gave BNM to some metal
